I was to live in for the time on board was a complete shock , I have cried tears of happiness ( when staff sang us a song ) and my smile has never left my face. The food was outstanding in favour the presentation was out of this world. For our guide was great with service, information and english. Our trip was wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for better. Our driver was prompt and very polite. Even though we didn’t speak the same language we both knew the word “music” and he had some good CDs! It made the trip go faster. The cruise was excellent. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as could be. The room was great and the food superb! It wasn’t cheap but it was worth every cent! Thanks again Thank you for the opportunity to reflect on our experience in Vietnam and thank you for the planning you did to make it happen. We had a wonderful time. Our hotels were great as were the meals that were included. Our guides appeared in a timely fashion and travel arrangements went smoothly. Although we enjoyed our time in Halong Bay, we missed having a tour guide as we drove up. We had lots of questions about the things we were seeing. Our most outstanding guide was Mi, in central Vietnam. She taught us so much and was very personable. The only thing I would recommend is that you offer some guidelines on tipping. Halong Bay was so nice with thousands of limestone moutains and cliffs. The water was so fresh and blue!
